Year 7 Team Building

The house events kicked off right at the start of the term, with Year 7 Team Building Day as Year 7 students participated in several different activities that included a three-legged race, a Maths challenge, building of marshmallows towers and a bungee jumping run. Points scored throughout the day all contributed towards the overall total score. The Year 7 Students competed against each other with integrity and sportsmanship throughout. After the last activity, Year 7 Students were brought into the Sports Hall to announce the results. In first place was Octavius who received 20 points, second was Sinndar who received 15 points, third was Nashwan who received 10 points and in fourth was Tulyar who received 5 points.

House Socrative Quiz

The next event of the half term was the House Socrative Quiz with all students completing questions on the two main sporting events that ran over the Summer, Euro 2024 and the Paris Olympics. All the students completed this quiz very well and there were some close results.

House Football

Our sporting events this half term was the House Football competition, this occurred over a range of dates this half term from Year 7 through to Year 10.
