On a warm summers evening six Blenheim students headed to Gordon’s school to represent Blenheim at the prestigious WorldWise Geography Quiz in a bid to compete against 12 other teams and win the highly coveted Shencyn Hughes trophy. I am beyond proud to say that Blenheim managed to seal the victory beating Gordon’s by just 1 point to become 2024 champions. Blenheim now holds the Shencyn Hughes trophy and the students won prizes and books by the award winning Geography writer Tim Marshall – a massive well done!
