On Friday 21 and Monday 24 June, 7 students from Year 12 took part in the ILM Level 3 Management Course developed by City and Guilds. The course was run in conjunction with Gordon's School as part of our Arete Partnership. This industry-based course challenged the students to review differing management styles, review their own practice and complete tasks in a crisis management situation as different members of a team. The students are now completing problem solving tasks to write up ideas on how to develop their roles in the Student Leadership Team and move areas of the Sixth Form forward before submitting to the examiner. It was a privilege to see these young people develop their skills and show the talent we have in the Sixth Form.
