Blenheim’s Year 7 and 8 boys' and girls’ competed in their first indoor Athletics competition, against 9 other schools, hosted by Esher High School. The track events included the obstacle relay, 2, 4 and 6 lap individual race, 8 lap Paarlauf relay race and 2 x 4 relay race. The field events included standing triple jump and long jump, shot put and speed bounce. Blenheim’s athletes were excellently behaved, cheered each-other on, and stepped in for each other when one was injured.

Overall, the girls were placed 4th and the boys placed 5th. Fantastic results for their first ever Athletics event!
