ECFA Semi-final for the Chelsea FC Blenheim Academy

A long trip to Exeter for our second national final of the year. The long trip seemed to have taken its toll as a slow start meant that Chelsea FC Blenheim were 1-0 down after 90 seconds and 3-0 down after 20 minutes. It was, however, always the away side who wanted to play football and in a crucial 5 minutes Chelsea FC Blenheim pulled 2 goals back before half time, with Dior getting ‘in behind’ and scoring twice. Although down at half time the tide had turned and the second half was near perfection, scoring 5 times without reply, with Dior scoring 2 more and Olivia, Sophie and Amy finding the back of the net. Another national final awaits, with the ECFA and ESFA finals both week beginning the 6th May.
