The year 9 girls, netball team played excellently against Epsom and Ewell High school on Thursday. The match started off a little erratic, however, once the girls settled in to the game, the ball was more fluidly delivered up the court to the shooters. Maya displayed some superb shooting skills in her debut match finding clear space within the circle. The versatility amongst the team enabled a number of changes to be made through the game, none of which affected the continued quality of the Blenheim performance. 

The first half was controlled well by Matilda and complimented with some effective defending from Issie and Jasmine. The second half saw excellent interceptions from Alice and great shooting from Leona and Charlotte. The girls played with speed and confidence and fought hard from start to finish.
