Blenheim played Hollyfield in a 14 a side rugby match this week. The game started with Blenheim effectively receiving the kick off, however, a try was quickly conceded. Blenheim then grouped together, focused and defended their try line successfully for a full 10 minutes without conceding a try. Eventually Hollyfield turned the ball over and the boys should be very proud of the resilience they showed in the opening part of the match. With some quick passes down the line, Kai managed to push his way over the try line and the match stood at one try all. 

The match was very competitive but Hollyfield began to take the upper hand through the second half. An impressive effort from Blenheim showing resilience and determination throughout the whole game but unfortunately Hollyfield ran out the winners on this occasion.
