The Year 13 English Literature class were fortunate enough to be invited to a day of Dystopian Masterclass at St Mary’s University Twickenham. Miss Green accompanied the class to a day of lectures, seminars and workshops to enhance student knowledge surrounding Dystopian literature. Currently, students study A Handmaid’s Tale as part of the year 13 course and the lectures offered throughout the day enabled them to enhance their understanding of the origins of this genre alongside the social and political motivations over time.
