On Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th June our all boys dance group, aptly named the Blenheim Boys, performed at the Epsom and Ewell Dance Festival held at the Epsom Playhouse. This annual event sees students from Primary and Secondary schools in the local area come together to perform and share their passion for dance. This years theme was 'School Life' and our Blenheim students performed an upbeat and high energy routine to 'Baggy Trousers' by Madness. It has been wonderful to see the boys grow in confidence over the academic year and they've been discussing ideas for next years pieces already! They’ve also made friends from other schools at the Epsom Festival, which is amazing and highlights the importance of these local events. I'm so proud of this group of boys; their performances were truly excellent and it's great to see an all boys dance group breaking the stereotypes in a secondary school.
