The Year 7 Athletics team travelled to Esher High School for a series of indoor track and field competitions. The event had eight schools from the local area competing against each other with each individual event contributing to the school's total scores. First up, was the obstacle relay which saw some impressive skills, namely from both Archie and Harry for their "ninja warrior style" forward roles. As the afternoon progressed, Blenheim had victories in both the standing long jump, triple jump and speed bounce with Emilia, Abi, Italia, Tyler and Amber-Sky demonstrating powerful techniques in each. Blenheim continued to be 'a force to be reckoned with' during the track events in both short and long distances. Liam continued his endurance prowess by winning the 6-lap race then proceeded, directly after, to compete in the 8-lap paarlauf where he achieved second place alongside Charlie.

A special mention to the relay team; Olivia, Aoife, Isla and Amber-Sky who achieved second place in their race showing real determination and grit. Finally, well done to the boys' relay team; Harry, Charlie, Rocco and Finn, who came second in a nail-biting finish. Congratulations to all who took part; it was great to see the comradery and team spirit from #TeamBlenheim.. The final school saw the boys place 4th out of 8 and the girls 5th out of 8.
