Year 7 House Football Competition Results

Nashwan 0 v 0 Tulyar
The past week has seen the launch of our latest House event; House football which is a key part of the House event calendar.
The support from students in both a participating and supporting capacity for the Year 7 event was significant and was the students’ first taste of representing or supporting their House.
Following the first three rounds of matches, the top two teams were Sinndar and Octavius followed by Tulyar and Nashwan.
The A team final between Sinndar and Octavius was fiercely contested. There was some great football played as well as the goal of the tournament scored by Holly, who volleyed in from the halfway line. Sinndar ran out victors with a 2-1 victory over Octavius whilst Tulyar and Nashwan shared third place after a spirited draw. Thank you to Mr Moss and the PE Department for hosting the event.
